Ex-Revesco exec launches ‘rescue capital’ firm

In late 2023, Founder & CEO Marc Perusse opened E2M Ventures (E2MV). E2MV is a Denver-based real estate investment firm known for its ability to navigate and execute complex transactions. 

Prior to starting E2MV, Marc served as Chief Investment Officer for Revesco Properties. 

Shortly after, Kristin Bertram joined the team as Managing Director after leaving her previous position as SVP and Head of Originations at iBorrow. 

The team possesses 50+ years of combined industry experience, over $500M in successfully funded preferred and senior loans, and $750M in completed acquisitions and developments.
