Scott Kraus is the co-Founder and CEO of E2M Lariat. Based in Denver, Scott brings 19+ years of CRE credit experience and a track record of $4.2Bn of senior and mezzanine debt originations.

He’s held senior production roles at Ares Management, J.P. Morgan and ING Clarion Partners/Torchlight Investors.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Bates College and a Master’s Degree in Sustainable Real Estate Development from NYU. Scott lives in Boulder, CO with his family and enjoys time outdoors, food, and travel.
